I went to the shop to see if they had a spare left pedal crank, which I could not find in other chain shops, and yes they had new ones and second hand. I was pleased to find my replacement part with fitting bolt on the house and friendly approach on the door step of the person who served me that I thought to buy rechargeable lights as well from them. I recently took my vintage racing bike, which was in pieces, to this cycle shop, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I brought in a frame and various parts in a bag, and the team managed to rebuild my bike beautifully, replacing key components with other quality used parts that respect the classic nature of the bike. From the moment I walked into the shop, the staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went out of their way to do a fantastic job on my bike, showing an exceptional level of care and commitment to quality that genuinely impressed me. What I appreciated the most was how they made the entire process feel seamless and how they didn't make me feel silly for not knowing certain things about bike repair. Throughout the entire rebuild of my bike, I felt well looked after and confident that I was in expert hands. The result is a stunning, road-ready vintage racer that I am proud to ride. Phenomenal shop with excellent service as well as an excellent cause. Just moved to the area and am feeling so lucky to be able to call this place my new bike shop. Bernard and thomas answered all my questions and fixed my bike that same day for a great price. They also sell up-cycled bikes at very reasonable prices.
